March 26, 2004 RE: Black Pine Construction LLC To whom it may concern, I would like to take this
opportunity to discuss my professional relationship with Bruce Prater of Black Pine Construction LLC.
I have had the great pleasure of working with Bruce preparing design and construction drawings for
his residential and multi-family projects.
I have been involved with Black Pine Construction LLC for the better part of the last 14 years. While on
staff at Thomas / Bordwick Architects, I prepared construction drawings for multi-family projects for
Black Pine Construction LLC.
For the last 11 years I have been in private practice and have designed and prepared construction
